easy access to parks and landmarks in downtown iowa city

I had a great time enjoying the nearby pedestrian mall just a short 90 meters away, where i explored local shops and eateries, and it was refreshing to stroll through chauncey swan park, only about 500 meters from the hotel, offering beautiful views and green spaces. the room was spacious and had amazing furnishings, perfect for a single traveler like myself.

The room had air conditioning, a TV, and a refrigerator. Loved the free toiletries and hairdryer provided. The fitness center was spacious, great for workouts. The design throughout reflects local culture, making it fun. It was walking distance to the lively pedestrian mall with restaurants and shops close by.

Had an awesome time with my friends! We hit up the Pedestrian Mall for great live music and enjoyed a fun evening at the Hancher Auditorium. The location is perfect, and our room was cozy for hanging out together. The staff was super friendly and helpful during our stay.

Cute spot in the heart of town!

This place is super cute! The staff was friendly and the rooms were nice and clean. It's right in the middle of everything—plenty of spots to grab a bite. We loved just strolling through the town. On the downside, the parking is kinda pricey at $14 a day. Would've liked a bit more for breakfast too.
